- Beer bread

1 1/2 C. Unbleached flour
1 1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
4 1/2 t. Baking Powder
2 (or to taste) Clove garlic, skinned and chopped
1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Dill finely chopped
Fresh Thyme finely chopped
1 12oz. room temperature beer (not non-alcoholic)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine flour, baking powder, garlic, cheese, dill, thyme (both dill and thyme add to taste) and beer in large nonreactive bowl. Mix together until dough is thick and fully mixed.

3. Place dough in lightly greased bread pan bake for 50 minutes. Take out and enjoy.

- Baby stats

I haven't been too good at posting lately. Busy with baby and general family stuff. Rosa Leigh is now 28 1/4" long/tall, 18 pounds and 9 months old. She's a blast to be around, so happy.

I'm finally starting on a hat for her, I haven't been able to knit forEVER!!!! But I'm going to make Carissa Knits Snowflake hat but I'm adding earflaps to it.
